# Eligibility and Scoring

A wallet must hold Tidar during a pre-announced snapshot window.

A linked X (Twitter) handle must exhibit engagement activity: likes, retweets, replies, mentions.

Engagement is quantified off-chain and matched to wallet addresses through signed proofs or whitelisted integrations.

The reward pool is split based on a governance-defined ratio (e.g. 70% holders, 30% engagers).
