# Governance

Tidar follows a progressive decentralization model in which token holders control key economic parameters, including:

* Buyback frequency and intensity
* Reward allocation ratio between holders and engagers
* Treasury usage rules and staking incentives
* Community growth campaigns and partnership approvals

Voting is executed off-chain using Snapshot, with optional on-chain verification using Merkle proofs.
